Giving All Life A Chance to Live

The Lord has laid it on Pastor Verne’s heart to deviate from Philippians this Sunday and speak on “Giving All Life A Chance to Live” from Genesis 1:26-28. This Sunday is Sanctity of Human Life Sunday. In the spectacular narrative of creation, we’ll consider the end of the sixth day. God created man in His own image and likeness. Man was given dominion over every living thing that moves on the earth. God blessed Adam and Eve and told them to be fruitful and multiply. This is the blessings of sons and daughters. Children are a precious gift from the Lord. We are to think of our children correctly, treat our children correctly, and teach our children correctly. God would display His plan of redemption and sent a Savior to rescue us from sin. Eternal and everlasting life is from God, by God, and for God. This is why we value the dignity of life. Our crooked and perverse generation is in darkness and rejects God’s plan for life. We see the promotion of death and abortion politically and culturally. May we stand for truth, righteousness, and life for the glory of God!
