Pastor Verne preaching in First Thessalonians 5:23-24 as we learn about our Faithful Hope. Verse 23 outlines God’s plan for the present and in the future. At the present, God will sanctify us completely. And in the future, God will completely preserve us and present us blameless at the coming of the Lord Jesus Christ. We will be wholly holy, wholly preserved, and wholly blameless. Verse 23 goes on to teach us why God will do it. Because God is completely faithful. God’s faithfulness is His unwavering devotion to His character, promises, and people. God is reliable, trustworthy, and true to His Word. God is never changing or failing, offering His constant love, provision and restoration even when we are unfaithful. Because God is always faithful, you can trust Him presently, actively, and continuously.
