The Sunset of Philippians

Our journey of the Apostle Paul’s letter to the Philippian church is completed. Pastor Verne preaching on “The Sunset of Philippians” as we consider Philippians 4:20-23. Three words highlight this final portion: Glory (4:20), Greeting (4:21-22), and Grace (4:23). We learn that the goal of all things is glory to our God and Father. As the Apostle Paul sends greetings, he emphasizes the identity of Christians as saints and also brings to the forefront our relationship as Christians with one another as brethren. The sunset of this letter closes with our bond in the Lord Jesus Christ which is established upon grace.
