The Message to The Thessalonian Church

Pastor Verne preaching on the message to the Thessalonian Church. This first letter contains thanks to God for the past as the Apostle Paul reflected on the beginning of the church (Acts 17:1-9). He also prays for their future that they would increase in love and holiness (3:11-12) and increase in their hope (5:23-24). This letter presents three abiding realities of the church whose hope is in the gospel. The church is serving Christ, living for Christ, and awaiting the coming of Christ.
